A Day Of Details

Today was just another ordinary day at college. After college I decided to force my friend to take some photographs focusing on the details of myself and other friends outfits as I haven't posted a photograph of my outfit in a while. I adore my summery floral print dress that i wore today although it wasn't ideal for this windy, rainy weather! I paired this RiverIsland dress with a statement necklace , Zara bag, Mango coat and some Topshop cut out boots. Sorry that you cant see our faces but the weather was awfully windy which made us look kind of unhappy aha!

Neon Nation

Even though the weather outside is dreadful at the moment, designers and the high street are turning their attention to the upcoming spring/summer season.

I want to direct your attention to one of the big upcoming colour trends for S/S 13 – the use of neon’s, fluorescents and vibrant prints are totally in for the summer and I’m sure you have already seen these in many high street stores.

I created a template which shows you 3 different ways you can wear a neon jumper just to give an idea on how a simple jumper can be worn and styled.

Hey dolls

For past few days the weather has been so awful , at one point it was snowing then the next minute it was raining so today I made sure that I was fully prepared for the weather,  this is why my outfit consists of dark colours to suit my mood and keep me wrapped up and warm for the whole day.
 I didn't want to look to dark today in full on black even though 'All Black Everything' is the new trend this season but I wasn't in the right mood for that so I thew on this cardy pairing it with a rolled neck jumper which is realllly warm , some disco pants and cut-out boots.

There's a funny story behind this tanned brown cardigan I'm wearing in the photographs above... So I was shopping one day and I picked up this cardy thinking it was my size not knowing it was a size 12! Few weeks later I realised it was the wrong size but luckily it looks really great and stylish oversized. If you haven't tried anything oversized I  recommend you to try it out but bare in mind if you go over the top it'll defo be a fashion crime!

Vintage and Mannequins

Literally in love with this outfit , just the way how both pieces of clothing are put together and finished off with a statement necklace.

Since I was off today from college I decided to take a trip down to Bricklane with my friends to check out some vintage pieces in boutiques and shops,the street style and interesting things in the market. 

The vintage shop Blitz was ah-maz-ing! many of the clothing was to die for , yes I said TO DIE FOR! There was millions of oversized vintage clothing from denim jackets , denim dresses , leather studded jackets , tie-dye jumpers , Levis denim shorts and jeans , printed shirts , vintage scarves you name it!! I definitely recommend you to pay a visit down there. 

I couldn't resist not taking photos of the mannequins that I discovered in Topshop , the outfits just caught my eye.  I took a few minutes just analysing each of their outfits (this is something I do like all the time) I get many of my inspirations from mannequins in stores as they take risks with mixing and clashing two different types of clothing together. I just had to share my ideas with you about these gorgeous mannequins.

The Herringbones Coat

Hey guys! So this is my first ever OOTD (Outfit of the day) post which I wore to college today. I always tend to dress stylish and comfortable for college as I'm their for hours (sigh)...

This short 'herringbones coat' is one of my best purchases! Wanna know why? because its looks great with every outfit I wear hence why I wear it most times and also because I can always add a faux fur collar to this coat to add a bit more punch to my outfits. This coat is also available in black but I personally preferred the grey one.

Style Crush - Victoria Tornegren

Hey guys welcome to my new blog! I'm so excited to finally be apart of the blogging team , I'm fully prepared and ready to commit my entire life to blogging regularly (well not my entire life..) I've finally pushed myself to create a blog after years of doubts and laziness. 

I am a huge fan of Victoria Tornegren as you can clearly see from the several photographs above. Shes my current style crush at the moment because she shows us how even the most simplest pieces of clothing can be made to look effortlessly cool , chic and stylish. Tornegren mainly wears classic basic colours which are black and white and sometimes tends to add a little twist to her outfits by wearing a vibrant statement item such as a clutch , jacket etc.
